Porter Robinson's SMILE! Worldwide Tour supported the release of his album through a global touring merchandise program. I oversaw the merchandise development process, working alongside designers to bring concepts through approved artwork and collaborating with production to manage sampling, revisions, and final product delivery across international touring requirements. My role also included communication with the artist and management, coordinating venue deliveries and special VIP products, and partnering with accounting to maintain the project budget and P&L. I provided management with financial context behind product selections and production decisions to support a successful worldwide merchandise rollout.
